In 2017, Clifton ran into Andrew at a local songwriter's showcase and was impressed with what he heard. Andrew liked Cliff's material as well. They agreed afterward that there was mutual benefit in joining forces. Bassist Don Hankinson and drummer Keith Brown were already performing with Clifton as Munroe & Co and the trio was searching for a detail guitar player. Andy was hunting musicians to form a band to perform his own music. It was a perfect storm. Clifton had new music and a rhythm section. Andy had new music, lead guitar and another voice to lend to Munroe & Co and Walton Munroe. Eddie Walton joined the group in 2019 providing steel guitar magic.
